Abstract
As the basic value category of social distributive law, distributive justice is a valuable system which consists of equality, freedom, fairness and efficiency. Distributive justice will affirm and direct the goal and way of law regulating distributive relationship by means of basic principle. However, the main valuable goal of distributive legal system is obviously different under the special condition of social economy in different countries.
