The Realization of Traffic Capturing Software Based on Cisco Router

Network traffic,an important research area in network management,can reflect opration status of network.With the development of network tech- -nique,analysis of network availability,and security has shown its importance.NetFlow is a protocol designed by Cisco for traffic statistics,with which large-scale traffic can be collected.The paper studies and designs a NetFlow traffic analyzer.On the basis of traffic collecting and demonstrating,this analyzer can analyze the traffic data for the abnormal traffic monitoring, the traffic accounting,the statistical traffic analyzing,and detect the network attack in time.
