Abstract
With pomegranate peer as raw material, the extraction technology of polyphenol in it was studied by ultrasonic wave. With ethanol as solvent, the effects of ratio of solution to raw material, ultrasonic power, extraction temperature and extraction time on yield were studied through the single factor experiment, based on which the L9(34) orthogonal test was designed and carried out.The results showed that, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ultrasonic power of 180W,extraction temperature of 70℃,ratio of solution to raw material of 15∶1(mL/g),extraction time of 40min.Under the conditions the maximum yield of polyphenol could reach 12.71%.
