Abstract

The protection of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities has been emphasizing in China.At present,there are existing some new problems in the protection and development of intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities,which requires legal protection to promote the ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage protection.
