A Study of Legal system of Listed Company Equity Incentive

Stock ownership incentive is applied generally in the Western countries as a long-term incentive system.This article evaluates the basic theory of Equity incentive system,analyzes the value of Equity incentive system and investigated the implement of Equity incentive system as well.As to the problem of Equity incentive system,this paper makes some recommendations,such as the distinctive pattern of Equity incentive system,in order to improve the Equity incentive system.
