Abstract

Objective To study the effect of compound recipe of clearing heat and dissipating dampness on microecology of diarrhea-predominate irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome. Methods 21 cases were treated by the compound recipe of clearing heat and dissipating dampness, and the microecology was observed before and after treatment. Results ① bacteria proportion of intestine: G+bacillus increased obviously,G+coccus and G-bacillus decreased obviously after treatment;② the population density has no obvious change after treatment;③ the population diversity has no obvious change after treatment;④ enteric bacilli and enterococci were lower after treatment;⑤anaerobe bacteria of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and peptococcus are higher after treatment. Conclusion The compound recipe of clearing heat and dissipating dampness has some effect on diarrhea-predominate IBS with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome in the respect of adjusting micro dysbiosis.
