Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of the different concentrationns of Icariin on proliferation,differentiation and function on osteoblast metabolism of rats in vitro.Methods:Primary osteoblasts were obtained by sequential digestion of mouse calvaria,histochemical staining and mineralization nodules method were used to identify cells,MTT was used to test the different nucleoside barrenwort concentration on proliferation and differentiation of rats osteoblasts,and at the same time,the influence of Icariin to the osteoblast functioning was observed through testing the alkaline phosphatase activity of osteoblast.Results:Compared with other groups,10 μg/L group had the strongest and most enduring effect on promoting osteoblastic proliferation and differentiation.Conclusion:The concentration of 10 μg/L is the optimal concentration for Icariin to improve osteoblastic proliferation and develop the osteoblastic activity.
