Some Thoughts on the Employment Guidance in University

Enhancing professional guidance is helpful for college students in finding jobs successfully.However,currently in some universities many problems still exist in employment guidance,such as lack of enough awareness for employment guidance,weakness in organization construction and personnel allocation,small coverage for service and unsubstantial contents in conducting employment guidance,etc.Enhancing whole process construction,entire staff construction,professional construction,service construction and scientific construction are effective ways to facilitate college student employment.
