On Self-Realization of Vulnerable Groups and Construction of a Harmonious Society

Self-realization of vulnerable groups is a prerequisite of building a harmonious society.The nature of problems as to vulnerable groups calls for system reforms for the purpose of vulnerable groups' self-realization.Attempts,therefore,should be made with regard to developing such a system,which include fair distribution of educational resources,improvement of venturing conditions,rational care and encouraging education.
