Theoretical thought on constructing technological innovation system of enterprises

Abstract

A complete technological innovation system of enterprise has four parts, i.e. production-lerning system, technological innovation searching system ,technological innovation exploring system and culture creation system. The paper deeply analyzed theoretical logic and practical path of constructing technological innovation system of enterprise, then presented main suggestions for constructing technological innovation system of state-owned enterprise.
