Abstract
When overspeed of vehicles are detected, because the error of velocity measurement exists consequentially, besides trying to reduce the measure error to a minimum, the more important measure during the operation is adding certain margins in practice. Basing on concrete analysis of concrete conditions, the margin should be set properly by tests. Meanwhile, the evaluation measure of testing results should be indicated in related legal documents so as to guarantee the accuracy and scientific value of the law enforcement and the obtaining of evidence, as well as incarnate the humanization of the process of law enforcement.
