Investigation and analysis on extracurricular physical activity condition of college students in Henan province

By using the method of questionnaire and documentary,this paper makes investigation on the extracurricular physical activity condition.The result shows that college students in Henan province need improving the realization of whole physical education;the time and times for participating in extracurricular physical activity are obviously short;their activities are confined to free playground on campus;the main reason that restricts students to participating extracurricular physical activity is playground and facility.
