Abstract

In the Han Dynasty,the government had built a multilayer and omnibearing supervision system both in central and local governments,which had made history of the legislation of administrative supervision in ancient China and had a far-reaching impact on the futurity.On the basis of elaborating the administrative supervision system in the Han Dynasty,the paper analyzes and demonstrates the effects of the administrative supervision system in the Han Dynasty.
