Abstract
Optic nerve injury is a common eye disease,which is usually coincidenced on skull and brain injury. If the medical prognosis was bleak,it may lead to patient blindness. As the pathogenesis of optic nerve injury has not yet been fully clear,So far the treatment is still a hang-up in ophthalmology group of internal and external. Here is a review about the retinal ganglion cell's (RGCs) apoptosis after optic nerve injury and the protective effect of ammogunidme(AG)on it.
