Abstract
The dinuclear metallocene complexes of [CpTiCl2]2{μ,μ-[(Me2Si)2(η5-C5H3)2]} was synthesized,and was tokend by 1H NMR and IR.The ethylene/1-hexene catalyzed by complexes which used silica gel as carrier and MAO as catalyst promoter.The effects of amount of metallocene,temperature of metallocene and silica gel/MAO,the amount of MAO to loaded catalyst and the amount of 1-hexeneto the polymer were investigated.The copolymerization activity could reach 4.01×106g PE/mol Ti·h when temperature is 65℃,concentration of 1-hexene is 0.25mol ·L-1.The molecular mass distribution of catalysed polyethylene is 7.32,the insertion rate of 1-hexene is 8.45%.
