Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of NP combined regimen on advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods 27 cases of advanced NSCLC patients received chemotherapy with NVB and PDD.Results overall response rate was 44% (12/27),being 52 9%(9/17) and 30% (3/10) for primary and secondary treatment cases respectively. The effective rate of adenocarcinoma was 33.3% and that of squamous carcinoma was 50%.The main toxic side reactions include arrest of bone marrow and phlebitis. Conclusion It was thought that the combined chemotherapy with NVB and PDD gave just as good effect for advanced lung cancer.
