Abstract

This paper summarizes the background of land consolidation and new rural construction.The land consolidation can boost the rural productivity development,improve peasant's production and agricultural output,and enhance rural construction and meliorate the rural environment.This paper presents many means to enhance the new rural construction through general land planning,scientific land consolidation,specific land consolidation fund,unified leading,supervision and laws.
