Abstract
The rapid development of computer technology,computer art design level has been greatly improved.With the aid of computer graphic design tools that make for the development of modern design provides a convenient conditions.This paper focuses on design and traditional computer art discussed in relation to the visual arts,the first of computer art and design are outlined,and then discusses computer graphic design and traditional design,the final design of the computer to open up new areas of art carried out elaborate.
