Abstract

Social progress is an objective natural historical process and a value seeking process of mankind as well.The development of scientific socialism should embody the criterion of productive force,the human criterion and the conformation of the two.The paper gives a unique definition to the scientific connotation of both the criterion of productive force and human criterion and makes a detailed research on the relation of the two.
