Abstract
Objective To improve the clinical and imaging diagonosis recognition of solitary vertebral osteochondroma.Methods We presented a case of solitary thoracic vertebral osteochondroma of T9 and reviewed related literatures.Result There were typical CT and MRI findings of the vertebral osteochondroma: the paravertebral lesion was with osseous density and MRI signal,the corresponding cancellous and cortical bone of the lesion and vertebral body were consecutive.Conclusion Solitary vertebral body osteochondroma is a rare benign tumor.It can be diagnosed by CT and MRI scan.
