Deng Shi and the Current of Thought in New Historiography

Deng Shi is a famous report person, the representative of heritage cultural school of thought, well-known scholar in late Qing Dynasty. His whole life is then to establish the Zheng Yi Tong Bao and the Guo Cui Xue Bao, which was spoken approvingly by people. On these two newspapers and periodicals, Deng Shi published many articles, reflecting comprehension of his era. Among them, he responded to the revolution in historical circle that was led by Liang Qi-chao,and he also made solid but valid quest in people's history, which have important influence in the current of thought in new historiography at the beginning of twenty century.
