Abstract
Cultural creative industries take writing,creating,and innovating as a fundamental means;contents and creative productions as its core value and the intellectual property for practice or consumer as its character.It is the industry of creating wealth,providing employment and promoting the cities' cultural tradition and the residents' qualities.To accelerate the development of creative industries in our city has a significant strategic importance to optimize the industrial structure and promote economic growth and speed up the development of innovative city.The writer has a lot of information of the state of creative industries in Tianjin,on the basis of these put forward strategies and objectives.
