Abstract

Library is one of the important facilities in higher education.High-quality education needs high-level library service.Different groups of readers require different library services.None but finding the precise goal and establish corresponding service system can provide efficient services and create the expected reading atmosphere.It is urgent to analyze the readers' requirement,build modern-tech platform,enrich library resource and expand service contents to upgrade the service of the university library.
