Abstract

Using yeast two-hybrid system to screen the protein interacting with HEV from human leucocyte cDNA library, four clones interacting with apoptin were identified. One of them was P38IP(aa510-733).Cell co-immunoprecipitation showed that E2 could bind to P38IP in mammalian cells.
