Indoor Toxicity Effect of Dichlorvos Poisonous Soil Control Pillbug

Abstract

Toxicity effect of dichlorvos poisonous soil on pillbug was determined.Poisonous soils with 5 matchings were made by mixing soil and 80% dichlorvos EC diluted at 100,200,400,800 and 1 000 times.Their indoor toxicity effect on Armadillidium vulgare was determined and LC50 of dichlorvos poisonous soil was calculated by SPSS software.Indoor experimental result showed that the mortality of A.vulgare was obviously reduced with decreasing of dichlorvos content in the poisonous soils.The mortality of A.vulgare was 98.9% when dichlorvos diluted at 100 times.The mortalities of the tested pest were 81.1%,73.7%,40.0% and 33.3% resp.when the dichlorvos was diluted at 200,400,800 and 1 000 times.The variance analysis on poisonous soils different matching showed that the poisonous soil with dichlorvos diluted at 400 times was more suitable to be applied in production and LC50 of 80% dichlorvos in the poisonous soil was diluted at 642.10 times by SPSS calculation.
