Abstract

Taking groundwater exploitation quantity variation,groundwater level variation,spring flow variation,ground subsidence rate,ground crack growth,riparian vegetation restoration and ecological environment quality as impact factors,this paper established groundwater environment rehabilitation effect evaluation system of closing wells and reducing groundwater exploitation. And the corresponding index classification,index selection criteria and evaluation method were given. Meanwhile,taking the groundwater overexploitation area in Taiyuan city as an example,this paper evaluated the groundwater environment restoration effect of closing wells and reducing groundwater exploitation since 2003.
