Abstract

Subcellular proteomics is a new field in proteomic research which is also an effective method to find pathogenesis.The main tasks of subcellular proteomic research include fractionation,purification and proteomic analysis of sub-organelles.Recently,almost all of subcellular structure have been analyzed by proteomic method.The recent progress in this rapidly developing field and the biological insights derived from such studies were reviewed in this paper.
