Abstract
Right claim is different from right. It is a kind of interest claim which has not been legislated .There are more and more interest claims in the modern society which have not become legal rights. It is very significant to analyze right legislation based on analyzing the meaning, the characteristic, the type and the status of right claim in the time of social transition.
