Abstract
The torque ripple is large when brushless DC motor(BLDCM)drove by square-wave,and it is weaken when BLDCM drove by sine-wave.While the traditional sine-wave drove BLDCM system not only possesses complex control circuit, but also requires high-resolution rotor position sensor.Directed towards the problems illustrated above, provided a new idea which makes use of three-way Hall position signals and a kind of proper software program to generate six-way sine pulse width modulation(SPWM)waves for sine-wave BLDCM which possesses Hall position sensor,in order to achieve the sine-wave drove brushless DC motor system.Through modeling and simulation, the effectiveness on torque ripple inhibiting of the method is proved.
