Abstract
For advancing temperature control precision of miniature device colded by thermoelectric refrigerator, according to the performance data of changing working condition mode and changing voltage,the method by controling the working voltage for control temperature is put forward at this literature, in order to continually adjusting the temperature of the cold end of thermoelectric refrigerator and coded object.
