Comment on Criminal Non-Prosecution System of China

Abstract

Criminal Procedure Law had significant modification in 1996,but the criminal non-prosecution system is not enough to improve and perfect.Discretion in non-prosecution,the core of nonprosecution system,is also at the risk of being abused.How to perfect non-prosecution system and prevent discretion in non-prosecution from being abused,this is a problem waiting for studying and solving urgently.
