Abstract
OBJECTIVCE To investigate the correlation between third trimester oligohydramnios with the pathological pregnancy and the affections on perinatal outcome.METHODS The clinical data of 680 patients with oligohydranmios in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2010 were collected as experimental group.600 patients over the same period with normal amniotic fluid volume were selected randomly as a control group. Two groups of patients were compared on the combined pathology of pregnancy and perinatal outcomes.RESULTS The incidence of fetal growth restriction(FGR),hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and postterm pregnancy of experimental group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.01);the incidence of fetal malformations was not high compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P﹥0.05).The incidences of two or three kinds of pregnancy complications in experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01).The incidences of fetal distress, amniotic and perinatal mortality were significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01).Fetal distress, amniotic and mild neonatal asphyxia rates of oligohydramnios pregnant women with pathological pregnancy were higher than those women without pathological pregnancy, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01).CONCLUSION Oligohydramnios is closely related with the pathological pregnancy and it threatens the lives of perinatal infants;the risk of the perinatal child will increase combined pathology of pregnancy.Oligohydramnios can be considered a danger signal in FGR,hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and postterm pregnancy.
