Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of pollution of Pb and Cd on soil enzyme activities in banana-soil system.[Method] The effects of Pb and Cd on soil urease,acid phosphatase and invertase in soil-banana systems were studied by simulated experiments.[Result] The results indicated that under laboratory condition,Pb showed activative effect on these three enzyme activities and the activative effect was in order:Ureasephosphutataseinvertase.But these three enzyme activities were all inhibited under the influence of Cd.[Conclusion] The study can provide refference on banana non-pollution cultivation in Hainan Province.
