Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of late pregnancy oligohydramnios on maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods Clinical data of 230 cases of puerpera with oligohydramnios in late pregnancy(observation group) and 60 cases of full-term pregnancy puerpera with normal amniotic fluid(control group) who all received delivery in our hospital from August 2007 to August 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, and maternal and neonatal outcomes were compared and analyzed. Results The accuracy rate of B ultrasound in diagnosis of oligohydramnios in observation group was 95.2%. Fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree meconium-stained amniotic fluid and perinatal mortality of observation group were significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).Postponed(or expired)pregnancy, postpartum pregnancy-induced hypertension, cesarean section rate and postpartum bleeding of observation group were all significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Oligohydramnios in late pregnancy will significantly increase incidence of fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia,meconium-stained amniotic fluid and cesarean section, which leads poor pregnancy outcome.
