Abstract
The paper indicates the engineering quality system and the five key factors which influence the quality of the architectural projects,analyzes the reasons for the engineering quality problems,and illustrates the management and control of the construction stage and the establishment of the quality control system,so as to have the positive direction significance for building the excellent projects.
