Abstract
Demand Side Management (DSM) can control power load effectively and has became a routine work of the electric power company, so it should be considered during the network planning. Considering the impact of DSM during the network planning will not only be helpful to play the role of the DSM, but also can improve the economy of network planning. Based on the analysis of the traditional network planning and integrated resource optimization planning, this paper proposes some novel ideas about considering the DSM during the network planning. The proposed methods are tested by the numerical examples.
