Abstract
The influence of three cultivations on photosynthesis characteristic, yield of rice and contents of protein and amino acid in brown rice were investigated in field-plot experiment. The results showed that high-protein and high-yield integrative cultivation could significantly improve photosynthesis characteristic of functional leaves, increase yield of grain and contents of protein, total amino acid,7 mankinds essential amino acid and 11 pigs essential amino acid in brown rice compared with those of san-zhuang-san-gao-cultivation and conventional cultivation.
