On engineering cost control

Abstract

The characteristics and program of building engineering cost are elaborated.Through analysis measures for investment control are introduced.In addition,from each stages of engineering practical measures and methods are analyzed for engineering cost control.Author points out that engineering cost control is one comprehensive system engineering integrated management,technology,quality and construction in one,which goes through the whole process of construction.
