Abstract
The concrete reviewing procedure of constitutional case, having subjective, affiliate ripe, after feature, is a main symbol of jurisprudence of constitutional system. Owing to enough abstractnees, our concrete reviewing system of constitutional case is short of maneuverability. From two aspects of the construction of reviewing body and the perfection of concrete reviewing procedure, the article puts forward its proposal on it.
