A New Idea on Works Utilization——Creative Commons

The aim of Creative Commons is to facilitate the use of existing works,to promote the creation of new works and to enrich the masses' spiritual life.Compared with Fair Use System and Statutory License System,Creative Commons allows users to utilize works in a larger scale,acts in concert with the copyright and minimizes its infringement.As a result,we can use Creative Commons in some areas at first to enhance the development of our society.However,the authors still own the copyright of the works according to the Creative Commons,so users must respect their will when using their works,otherwise they will be charged with infringement.
