Correlation of Serum Uric Acid in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Blood lipid Levels

Abstract

Objective To investigate the serum uric acid in patients with coronary heart disease(UA) correlation between the level of blood lipids.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011- 2013 were treated 90 cases of coronary heart disease data,based on serum uric acid levels are divided into group A(≤420 umol/L),group B(420~480 umol/L),C group(≥480 μmol/L),while the three groups was measured lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease observed correlation between serum uric acid and lipid levels between patients.Results TC,HDL-C,LDL-C was no difference among the three groups of patients,no statistically significant(P0.05);UA and TG were positively correlated.Conclusion The uric acid level is not an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease,joint detection of serum uric acid and lipids has important value in the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease.
