Taking design scheme of Nanhe Park in Leping as example,the study discusses systematization design way that follows city historical culture to set up civil space activities.It makes green land landscape design with the idea of culture-oriented and human-oriented,it can reflect the local feature,creating graceful modern urban park design in Leping.
