On Issues Concerning Dialectical Thinking and Practice of Jiang Ze-min's New Concept of Security

The new concept of security,which was put forward by Jiang ze-min,gives a negative answer to the Cold-War thinking from the background point of view. It promotes the traditional concept of security in aspect of contents. When it comes to the structure it proves to be the organic entirety of dialectical unity; and in the angle of practice it is in keeping with the state safety interest of China as well as the state safety interests of countries in the world, which reflects the major trend of the world development after the Cold-War. Jiang Ze-min's new concept of security is appreciated and welcomed by more and more countries especially under the circumstances of new manifestation of hegemonism; of the detriment of terrorism in the ascendant; and of increasing uncertain factors affecting peace and development.
