Abstract

The obligations applied to subrogation of preservation contain those obligations caused by such factors as unjust enrichment, voluntary service and tortious act, in addition to the contractual obligation. Exercising the right of subrogation should be not only in line with the general regulation of Article 11 in the Explanations of Contract Law, but also perfect it.
