Abstract
Most DNA markers are based on restriction fragment length polymorphisms(RFLP),po1ymerase chain reaction(PCR) and sequence repeat. This paper introduced definition, structure, distributions, composition, conservation, advantage and polymorphism of RFLP(restriction fragment length polymorphisms),random amplified polymorphism DNA(RAPD);short tandem repeat(STR),DNA fingerprinting(DFP),and amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP),and also introduced applications of STR in genetic detection, genetic polymorphic analysis, blood relationship analysis.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
