Abstract

Although network layermulticast is the best way for one-to-one or one-to-many communication,it doesn'twidely be deployed in the internet.A group communication service system was designed and implemented based on overlay multicast for the application of the group communication.The system can support effectively the application of group communication owing to it possess a lot of cha-racters to integrate rapidly with application,and doesn't depend on multicast on the router to utilize transport protocol and so on.
