Abstract
Landfill leachate is a kind of organic wastewater with high concentration,generally,the COD in it is between 10?000?mg/L~80?000?mg/L,the NH_3-N in it is about 10?000?mg/L and there are more than ten kinds of heavy-metal ions.The treatment of the landfill leachate is very difficult to carry out,the paper recounts the source and the characteristic of landfill leachate,mainly introduces several basic ways for leachate treatment the present:bio-chemical,phy-chemical and recirculation methods.
