Abstract
Different concentrations of NaCl solution were used for rye seeds. The result showed: Within the range of 0 to 200mmol / L,with the increase of NaCl concentration of NaCl solution, both of rye germination rate and germination potential decreased. The germination rate and germination potential of 50mmol / L and 100mmol / L were significantly higher than those under other salt treatments. For seedlings, within the range of 0 to 200mmol / L,with the increase of NaCl concentration of NaCl solution, plant height, fresh weight, root length, dry weight decreased. And high concentration had negative effects on the growth of seedlings.
