The lawyer's role in the phase of investigation of the suit

Abstract
In the phase of investigation, the lawyer in change of the criminal suit is not regarded as an independent legal defender. As he mainly offers legal advice to the criminal suspect, appeals, accuses and applies for bail on behalf of the criminal suspect, his action is defined as legal aid. This definition is favourable not only to clarification of the lawyer's duty in the phase of investigation, but to dispelling misgivings of those in the investigation unit who think that the lawyer' involvement in investigation will bring about too much negative effect.
