Abstract
We obtain the modified maximum likelihood estimator of parameters of two-parameter exponential distribution with full sample size based on tampered failure rate model under step-stress accelerated life testing, and show that the modified maximum likelihood estimation is better than the maximum likelihood estimation through the Monte-Carlo simulation.
